Terms & Conditions
- The kit (purchased by the customer) represents a part deposit, along with a 25% cash deposit, for work agreed upon in the estimate. Once committed to EB Motorsport, the kit and parts cannot be reclaimed until full payment for all work and associated parts has been received.
- Payment must be made in cash or by electronic transfer (BACS).
- The vehicle will be remain the property of EB Motorsport until full payment has been made.
- If payment has not been made within 28 days, EB Motorsport reserves the right to dispose of the vehicle.
- EB Motorsport reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
